由于工作需要，现开展校史馆讲解团新成员招募工作。具体安排如下：
一、招募人数
10-15人（暂定，性别不限）。
二、招募对象
对外经济贸易大学全体在校师生（含离退休人员和留学生）。
三、素质要求
1. 热爱学校，对学校历史和讲解工作有一定兴趣并能够保证志愿服务时间。
2. 形象良好，口齿清楚。
四、工作安排
1. 校史馆开放值班：每周四上午9：00-11：00，下午14：00-16：00。
2. 预约参观讲解：校史馆接受校内外来宾提前一天预约的参观，接到预约后在微信群内发布消息，讲解员自愿报名讲解。
3. 学生讲解员请于每学期初上交课表，由校史馆统一安排值班时间和讲解服务。
4，每位讲解员一般要求每个学期保证提供3次及以上讲解服务。
五、相关待遇
1. 提供岗前专业培训。
2. 校史讲解词、工作服、扩音器和更衣室。
3. 专门的讲解练习室。
4. 劳务费。
5. 志愿服务时长证明。
6. 外出参观学习。
7. 参加北京高校讲解比赛。
8. 学生综合加分（协调中）。

For the need of work, new recruitment is now launched in autumn 2019. The specific arrangements are as follows:
1.Recruitment number
10-15 people (No gender limitation)
2.Recruitment Objects
All undergraduate students and international students of UIBE
3.Quality requirements
Love the school, have a certain interest in the school history and explanation work and be able to guarantee volunteer time.
Good appearance and clear speech.
4.Job Content
Be on duty on Open Day.Opening hours of the school history museum: 9:00-11:00 AM, 14:00-16:00 PM every Thursday.
Commentators hand in the class schedule at the beginning of each semester ,we arrange the duty schedule uniformly.
Explain to visitors with appointments.The school history museum accepts visitors from inside and outside the school to make an appointment one day in advance. After receiving the appointment, we will release the information in the WeChat group and commentators sign up voluntarily for an explanation.
Generally, three or more lectures are required in one semester.
5.Treatment of commentators
Provide pre-job professional training.
Uniforms, loudspeakers and locker rooms.
Special explanation practice room.
Service fee.
Certificate of length of volunteer service.
Opportunity of study outside.
Opportunity to participate in Beijing university explanation competition.
